Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Broad Auto Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services, facilities, and website. By requesting our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Estimates and Authorizations

Initial estimates provided for vehicle repairs or servicing are approximate. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, unforeseen issues may arise during the repair process. We will seek your authorization before proceeding with any additional work that significantly exceeds the original estimate.

3. Payment Terms and Lien Rights

All invoices must be paid in full upon completion of services and prior to the release of the vehicle. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved bank transfers.

Mechanic's Lien: Broad Auto Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd retains a mechanic's lien on your vehicle until all outstanding balances for parts, labor, and storage are paid in full. We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is secured.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Broad Auto Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Damage to the vehicle arising from pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or normal wear and tear.
• Loss of or damage to personal property or valuables left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuable items before handing over your vehicle.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from delays in parts sourcing or unforeseen repair complications.

5. Parts and Warranties

We provide warranties only for parts supplied and installed by Broad Auto Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. We do not provide any warranty, express or implied, for customer-supplied parts or temporary repairs requested by the customer against our professional advice.

6. Vehicle Storage and Abandonment

Vehicles left at our premises for more than 7 days after the completion of services and notification to the customer may be subject to daily storage fees. Vehicles left for an extended period without communication or payment may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with local laws, including potential disposal or sale to recover outstanding debts.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Broad Auto Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a vehicle is deemed unsafe to work on, or in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior by a customer.

8. Subcontracting

We reserve the right to use qualified third-party subcontractors or independent technicians for specialized repair tasks (e.g., machine shop work, specialized electronics) at our discretion without requiring separate prior notification.

9. Disposal of Old Parts

Any parts removed from your vehicle during repair or service will be disposed of by us immediately unless you explicitly request their return prior to the commencement of the repair work.

10. Delays and Timeframes

Any timeframes or dates provided for the completion of services are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays caused by parts unavailability, supplier delays, unforeseen technical complications, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Sri Lanka. Broad Auto Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
